Question abut girls and muscle?

So I'm a 16 y/o girl. My body fat is really low so any muscle on me is really visible. Unfortunately I build muscle REALLYeasily. I was happy with my thin legs and flat tummy(I did a few crunches and such, but nothing to make bulging muscles, just flat and toned). However now I'm starting a winter training program for track in the spring, both of which include alot of weightlifting!! I don't know what to do?

I have never owned guinea pigs or a rabbit. But I know pretty much everything there is to know about rodents. (I've had my fair share of research) :) And I can tell you this: stop getting animals. If your dad is a responsible pet caretaker, he will not get another rabbit. If he's set on it, change his mind by telling him about the problems you have encountered. It seems to me that you have a bit of a problem denying animals that come into your life, and it makes sense. I have a soft heart for rodents and all animals, too. But you can't keep going on buying new rabbits and guinea pigs and what not when you have problems. This is torturing Pips. So, what I would do is let Pips live alone until you can buy a MALE guinea pig. Male guinea pigs together won't usually fight unless your cage is teeny weeny. They can fight if you own 3 or more. Until that time, maybe get him a little hanging bird toy mirror so he can see himself/trick himself into thinking he has a friend. Put Minnie by herself in a different hutch or cage, but a bigger one because it seems that she has a bit of energy to burn off. Or, if there's no way you can keep your Minnie, give her to a friend, or put an ad in the newspaper or online. Just don't give her to an animal shelter. :) Hope it helped! Good luck!

I've got a 5.1 home theatre setup, today I bought an onkyo line conditioner/amplifier that pushes 150w of power to each channel, I was needing it to push my jbl northridges. My idea: 19 year old Mandy Churchill is 5'1'' with ice-blue eyes and ginger-colored hair. She has a weird/creepy day that includes her running into some weird old lady that warns her to stay home and keep a close eye on any close family or relatives. She brushes this off and goes to work (I haven't decided what her occupation is yet). After a day of her job, she heads out to hail a cab. When she gets in the taxt, her cellphone rings. She doesn't recognize the number but answers it anyway. A real gravely scratchy male voice comes on the phone, screaming in the background. He tells her she has to kill the taxi driver and steal the taxi and drive over and meet him some place (I haven't decide where yet). She almost hangs up but then he puts her 8 year old sister, Kim, on the phone. She is crying and asking Mandy to come get her. Mysterious man comes back on and tells her of she calls the police, he will kill Kim and also the rest of Mandy's family. She is really scared but kills the taxi driver anyway ( I haven't decided how to she can kill him yet). She puts his body in the back seat and drives to the place he told her to. When she gets there, no one else is there but she finds a note on the ground telling her to go somewhere else and kill someone else. The whole story goes on like that until he actually comes out and it turns out the guy was her ex-boyfriend who she broke up with because he was so violent. He wanted to kill Kim and than Mandy but Mandy got a gun at some point during the story and shoots him. I haven't quite decided the rest of the ending after that. Defrosted ground beef?

I am defrosting about two pounds of ground beef that I had frozen a day before the expiration date. It is about half way thawed and it looks strange. A few months ago I was put into a group challenge activity where there was a rope made into a big circle with a bucket in the middle of it full of water. My cycles have ran like this: 29 days,34,31,29..and having a hard time pinpointing my ovulation..the last 2 months we missed cd15 and cd18..So I'm gonna make sure we hit those days..I started Clomid days3-7 and just finished my last dose on friday..I was reading somewhere that you usually ovulate from 5-10 days after your last pill..I can't really afford those opk kits right now..Sooooo I'm relying on checking cm and maybe trying to Bd everyday?? Last week I went to visit my friend at college and I met this great girl. My friend's gf was visiting and she brought a friend from her school with her so it wouldn't be weird for me. We pretty much cuddled the whole night and she did things like rub my arms and legs with her fingernails and she even rubbed my a little bit. She said the same and then we hugged and I said keep in touch, you have my number. I know to either cook super fast, or stew slowly to get squid tender, but how long is right, or too long? Some recipes I've read, for squid in tomato sauce, say to cook 15 minutes to get tender, others say cook for 50 minutes to an hour and a half. What the heck? Can't it be overcooked? Downloaded all this Verizon Yahoo Online Protection stuff (Norton Anti-Virus) Now I can't open "Internet Exporer", or open my "Control Panel", amongst other stuff. Oh man, I had a hallucination too one time, scariest thing ever. I bought Animal Crossing and was so psyched to play it on my gamecube. I only got to play it a little bit for that day because my cousin bought Mario Tennis. The next morning I woke up early and booted up Animal Crossing and started playing. I then saw my dogs paws on the windows trying to climb up, I thought to myself, ehh he can do it... then I thought it was construction people. Drive perfect in forward motion. Question is there an anti forward roll mechanism when reversing up a hill. For example I will reverse up my drive way, feels normal but when I let off the gas pedal the Bronco will slow to a stop and when the weight sifts back down hill it feels like a brake is applied, like seriously . It does it hard enough to jerk the vehichle. Engine will not stall. Place it in neutral and it rolls forward easy. Is the tension adjustble.
