Senate climate bill to be completed in 2 weeks - will it p?

The lack of answers to this question is probably appropriate. It seems rather ambiguous as to what exactly their proposal will look like. I think it's very likely the Waxman-Markey version will be weakened, and with Graham on board, expect nuclear and offhsore drilling incentives (neither of which significantly weaken the carbon goal). Whether it's enough to get the always daunting 60 votes I'm not sure. I place odds at 1 in 3.
