Do You Believe In God/Ghosts? Why/Why Not?

I believe in both God and ghosts. No, I haven't literally 'seen' God with my eyes (at least not yet), but I just know he exists by 'seeing' his spiritually. I also believe in ghosts because I have seen them, heard them and seen the move objects. So, it would be stupid if I did NOT believe in ghosts. Either way, I understand why it doesn't make sense how some religions say that they believe in the Holy Spirit, yet it is wrong to believe in spirits. What is that all about? And yes, spirits are energy. It makes perfect sense, honestly.
