Song in Miley and Mandy first episode?

I was just wondering, I was watching the first Miley and Mandy youtube vid and there was a song I really liked but I just can't seem to find the name of. The lyrics go something like "break it up get a ticket come on" and the chorus something like "we bad, we bad, oh" I typed these into google but they don't turn up the right song. Anyone who can tell me the name of the song?
