To all the Dumb Celtics making Unreal trades heres a suggestion to get a another year of being contenders. Rajon Rondo and Jeff Green to memphis for Rudy Gay and Mike Conley. Memphis this playoffs has proven they do not need Rudy Gay but they could use a Rajon Rondo who has proven in the 2009 playoffs that when looked apon as a scorer he can be a scorer and a improving shot Rajon Rondo Would be a great pick up mostly because he would make the Grizz one hell of a Transition team and put pressure on the Bigs to stop Rondo but then Marc and Zach would be open . Sure the Grizzles would lose some at the Small Forward Position but Jeff Green a Young player would soon become a great player as well. Then the Celtics sign Chrus Kaman a Beastly Center that averaged 18pts and 10ish boards in 2010 but then Blake Grffin came in and took his minutes. Then Rudy would play the SG postion right then what happens to Allen? Well Allen can be trade for J.J. Red or some other Bench Player
