How can I get coupons to stores like Forever21, Hot Topic, & Claire's? Back to school shopping on a budget!?

My family and I are on a tough budget this year but we don't want to slack on quality clothing and accessories, so we're really looking to get the "bang for our buck". By signing up for the EarthBound Trading Company newsletter, I was able to get a (printable/scannable on mobile phone) coupon emailed to me for 20% off my next purchase at any store location. Besides the online daily deals/shipping specials, how can I get coupons/savings for stores like Forever21, Hot Topic, and Claire's? Are there any other stores (that can be found in a mall) that I should check out to get the most for my money? Any tips for shopping for back to school on a budget? Thanks! (:
