I NEED HELP WITH SIMS 3! its probablly easy just see details!?

ok so first i had problems with random crashing, then the error message, and now it had like deleted itself, and everytime i try and go to re-install it it just like iunistalls it over and over even though it is already installed. geez i hate this it is just one problem after the other.
