Hey,which is the best software to put downloaded movies onto DVD discs? doesnt have to be freeware,i will pay?

i have some movies downloaded which are avi. files,and i want to put them on dvd discs to play in my dvd player,just want to know which is the best and fastest software to use, i don't mind paying for this software. all replies much appreciated
