Bad stomach cramps....?

just a little advice...Im having really bad stomach cramps it doesnt feel like any normal period pains, it been on like all night it hurt to touch the area aswell, but just now it became really painfull where i couldnt move without it hurting me ven more its gone now and just gone back to a mild pain, it hurts less when i stand up and the pain is mostly in the centre more to the right just below my ribcage anyone know what this could be? its 2.30am where i am so i dont wanna wake up anyone if there ntohing to worry about..
