In ff crisis core in Banora, what are the blue "things" that luk lyk savepoints w/out the diamond on the top?

At first, when Tseng tells u to find angeal's house, you can see near the houses some blue things that luk lyk save points without the diamond on the top...when u try to get them, zack will say it's not yet the right time,.. but when you're going back to check angeal's mom, when there's already a countdown, you can get them. what are those stuffs? pls tel if u know,,thanks
