I've already asked this but is it easier to immigrate to UK from New Zealand than it is from South Africa????

I've already asked this question but only got one answer and it wasn't useful. I am currently in South Africa and have found it really difficult to immigrate or to get a UK work permit. Immigrating to New Zealand before the end of the year and I've read that it is still under UK Monarchy. So I was wondering if that might help my chances to get into UK if I was coming from New Zealand? Basically the only way I can get into UK now is if I marry some really desperate guy, who happens to have a UK pport or citizenship. Also looking at Ireland if NZ doesn't work out - - - someone give more info on that, cant find a single site that's helpful!
