Should I ask him?! Pleeeeeeeeaaasee answer!?

I like this guy. Idk if you would call us friends or not.. But I still like him and he doesn't know that. He thinks that I don't. Anyway, he promised me a hug a while ago when we were actually talking. Now he won't talk to me, at all. I feel SO bad because I will text him and he will say something back and then I will reply but he won't text back! I get SO mad! Anyway, I was wondering if I should just text him and ask him where my hug is or just never text him again and delete his num? Thanks and sorry it was so long!
