Whats about my weight?

You don't need to lose any weight. For you're height, 110lbs. is the ideal weight. You're walking a very thin line here. Obsessing about calories and content are symptoms of eating disorders. If you want to appear thinner, work on building lean muscle. It's firmer than fat and looks much healthier than a stick thin person. Toss your scale. When you build muscle, you'll likely add weight, but trust me, you'll lose inches in areas like your waist, hips and thighs. Please, please, please eat enough. If you're exercising daily, you need around 1,800 calories to sustain your weight. NEVER eat fewer than 1,200 calories. You're depleting your body of vital nutrients and calories to burn. When your body is deprived of food, it burns up muscle tissue for fuel and slows your metabolism. See a doctor if you continue to obsess or if you find yourself avoiding food intentionally. Be safe.
